At the time of writing (12.00 JST, 03-Nov) there are still no pop-up DMM site yet, not even on the campaign banner. Perhaps because the campaign actually starts on 4th November.

From the top of Campaign Page, they let you download Twitter banner for Red team and White Team.
They hinted if you put on the banner throughout the campaign, you could receive something. Alas the banner quality ain't that good.
Digital Copies Discount
For those purchasing Digital Copies on DMM, the "popular" releases will have 30% discount. With a total of 11 waves cycling through various past releases.
- 1st wave starting from 2022/11/04
- 11th wave ending on 2022/12/02
Those who bought enough copies will get extra videos (image videos level, at most is with dildos).
If you buy 3 Digital Copies, you get 3 random presents.
If you buy 4 Digital Copies, you get 6 random presents.
The list goes one, but if you buy over 13 Digital Copies you get all 34 presents.

For those who purchase Physical Copies, you're getting 35% off.

And nope, you're not getting the video presents for purchasing physical copies. Total 4,900 people who bought the physical copies has chances of a Limited Fanza Trump Card.
